Hi there, Nice to meet you. You can call me Nia.
I love background Netflix, you know the kind were you need to have an episode of something playing in the background.
I also like cooking and eating. The latter more than the former. That Muffins on the top of the page always makes me hungry.
The beach. The sun, the sound, the pull of the waves, the feeling of sand under your toes, and the way your feet just sinks into the cold sand each time the waves pull back.
I always find myself going back to the beach.
Nothing special. Just an ordinary worker bee here.
Most of my life I have spent procrastinating and when I look back I would have liked to change a few things.
But Alas! like a bullet from a gun, Time waits for no one and personally I don’t thing time travel would be possible anytime soon.
But then I came across this quote by C.S. Lewis – “ You can’t go back and change the beginning but you can start where you are and change the ending” which ignited a type of passion in me.
Like a Beacon of hope.
Reminded me of a long forgotten dream.
A dream of a blog. My every own little blog.
A blog, I hope would not only be a beacon of hope to me but also to someone out there that just needs a simple word of encouragement.
A gentle pat on there back that says “Your doing great buddy, keep it up”.
So Occasionally even when my writing sucks, Please bare with me.
I will take you on a journey were we tackle some of the problems that life throws at us and a little even about death. Some fun, some bitter and some sad, anger and fear, even nothingness too.
Cause life is not all about the destination rather the journey and the people we take it with and the greatest regret would be letting go of the chances that you get.
So I hope through this blog I can be a small part of your journey one that will cause a positive impact on your life.
